Steps to Enroll Online in your Benefits Starting October 21st

Step 1: Review Your Options
Take time to carefully review your benefits options and discuss your coverage needs with your family. There are several resources to help you make informed decisions:
+ Review your options in the Benefits Guide.
+ Check out the vendor booths in this Virtual Benefits Fair to learn more about the services they provide.
+ Use the Compare Plans tool on bechtelbenefitscentral.com to view a side-by-side comparison of plan features and rates.
When you're ready to enroll, visit the benefits website by logging in to bechtelbenefitscentral.com. If you access the site outside of Bechtel's network and need to reset your password, click Forgot your username or password? under the Login button, (our Company Key is Bechtel).
Important! Make sure to enroll by the deadline listed on bechtelbenefitscentral.com.

Step 2: Enroll Online
Visit bechtelbenefitscentral.com, click Start Here, and use one of the two methods below to enroll:
1. MyChoice® Decision Support Tool
When you use the MyChoice decision support tool, you simply answer a few questions about your overall health and lifestyle and receive personalized recommendations. If you like what you see, easily enroll in your recommended plans. You can review or edit at any point.
2. Enroll on your own
If you choose to explore on your own, use the Next and Back buttons to navigate through the site, not your browser’s arrows. Use the Plan Details and Compare tools to choose the right coverage for your needs. Elect or decline coverage for each plan and specify who you want to cover. Easily connect to plan carriers’ sites to determine if your providers are in-network.

Step 3: Confirm Your Elections
Once you have reviewed your elections, click Approve and confirm your enrollment by clicking I Agree. You will receive your enrollment confirmation number, and you can print your Benefit Summary. Check your Important Reminders on the Home page, in case you need to take any additional action. You can make changes anytime until the enrollment window closes by following these same steps.

Change My Benefits
Sometimes life events happen and your current benefits need adjusting. A life event is a personal event that can include; marriage, divorce or legal separation, birth or adoption, gain or loss of coverage, etc. For life events, you must make changes to your coverage within 31 days of the effective date of the life event (60 days for birth of a child).
There are other benefits that you may make updates to at any time, including:
- Updating your Health Savings Account
- Changing your life insurance
- Enrolling in commuter benefits
- Updating your beneficiaries
To make changes to your benefits, visit bechtelbenefitscentral.com and go to the Change My Benefits page.
Add or Edit Beneficiaries
Adding or editing a beneficiary is easy and can be done at anytime. You are able to select one or more beneficiaries and allocate a specific percentage to each one.
To update your beneficiaries, visit bechtelbenefitscentral.com and go to the Add or Edit My Beneficiaries page.
Tools to Help You Enroll
MyChoice benefits app
The MyChoice benefits app lets you upload documents, view coverage details, submit claims reimbursement, change your benefits, and more. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and log in using your Bechtel credentials to get started.
Sofia, Your Personal Benefits Assistant
Ask Sofia! Think of her like your virtual benefits assistant. She’s available to talk 24/7, and can be found anywhere your benefits choices are. Ask her a question, and she’ll point you in the right direction.
Decision Support Tool
