Halliburton offers a 401(k) Retirement and Savings plan through Fidelity with an employer match and a wide variety of investment options to help you prepare for retirement.

Employee Contributions You contribute a percentage of your eligible annual pay to your plan through pre-tax payroll deductions.

New hires are auto enrolled at 6% of pay after 30 days of service. You may opt out or modify at any time. Existing employees who aren’t contributing or are contributing less than 6% in December of each year will be re-enrolled at 6% as of January 1 each year. You may opt out or modify at any time.

Discretionary Company Contribution Each year by December 31, Halliburton will determine if an additional discretionary contribution will be made to your 401(k) plan. If a contribution is made, it will be calculated as a percentage of your annual eligible pay. Discretionary contributions are provided regardless of whether you’re making contributions to your plan.
