Intel's Work Models
Intel has three work models: onsite, hybrid and fully remote based on roles and needs of the business. These work models provide a flexible, dynamic, inclusive workplace that empowers employees to solve challenging problems and contribute to the development of world-changing technology.
Flexible Work Options
Intel offers work options that allow employees to adjust their work schedules in order to balance both personal and professional responsibilities. Availability of flexible work options are dependent upon the needs of the business and manager approval.

Temporary Remote Work (TRW)
Work from an Intel-approved* location (domestic and/or international) for up to 60 cumulative days in a calendar year.
*Subject to approval, and generally includes locations where Intel has a legal entity and employee has a right to work.
Part-Time
Work a reduced, part-time schedule (less than 32 hours per week) with prorated pay and benefits.
32-hour Work Week
Work 32 hours per week (80% schedule), flexing as needed to meet business objectives (e.g., 8 hour days, or a specified number of hours per day).
Shift Work
Our factories and labs offer up to 8 shifts that vary by days of the week and time of day (day, swing, night, etc).
Alternative Work Options
Alternative Schedule: Modify non-exempt work schedules, with management approval, to 4/10 or 9/80 work weeks.
Alternative Start/Stop times: Ability to flex start and stop times.
Job Share
Two (or more) part-time employees share the duties and responsibilities of a full-time position, with prorated pay and benefits.
