Eligible employees receive 12 hours of paid time off for each half of the year to focus on wellness. Wellness Time is an opportunity to step away from work and intentionally schedule time to do something that helps you refresh and recharge.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Your EAP is provided through Spring Health.

Spring Health’s unified approach means that whether you are seeking counseling, coaching or digital wellness resources, everything is available through their mobile application, website, and EAP hotline. Spring Health offers several mental health services for employees and their eligible dependents, including:

  • 10 free therapy sessions: Confidential counseling available in-person, onsite, or virtually10 counseling sessions per year
  • 10 free coaching sessions: Work with a coach to achieve goals in personal development, relationships, parenting, and more10 coaching sessions per year
  • 24/7 Dedicated guidance and crisis support: The EAP hotline provides clinicians to help members understand their options, find a therapist, and provide unlimited supportStreamlined appointment scheduling
  • Onsite counselors: Located in New Mexico, Oregon, and Arizona
  • Work-life services: Expert help for everyday challenges like legal and financial matters, childcare, elder care, pet care, and more
  • Self-guided wellness tools: Access a library of exercises to manage stress, reduce anxiety, beat burnout, improve sleep, and practice mindfulness

Well-being seminars

Participate in workshops and webinars focused on mental wellness skill-building, support, and growth. Sessions are on a wide range of topics such as:

  • Practicing self-compassion and boundaries
  • Emotional eating: The connection between mood and food
  • Understanding depression
  • Goal setting for personal and professional success

RethinkCare gives your family 24/7 access to tools and resources to help you and your care team in understanding, teaching, and better communicating with your child. RethinkCare specializes in helping care for children with learning, social or behavioral challenges.

RethinkCare is available at no cost to all employees and their family members, and you may invite other care team members to access the services online.

The program is provided by your employer at no cost to you and includes:

  • Ongoing remote consultations with a dedicated behavior expert to answer your specific questions
  • Unlimited access to how-to videos and resources on our website and mobile app
  • Exclusive resources developed to assist your child with skills like socialization, self-help and academics
