The company offers the following company-paid benefits: Short-Term Disability Coverage, Long-Term Disability Coverage, Experian IdentityWorks, Basic Life and AD&D and Wellness Benefits.
Short-Term Disability Coverage
Our Short-Term Disability insurance, a company-paid benefit, provides you with coverage that protects your ability to earn an income if you suffer a non-work-related illness or accidental injury that prevents you from being able to work. Please be aware that the IRS will consider any benefits paid out under company-paid STD coverage to be taxable.

Long-Term Disability Coverage
The company provides every full time employee with a Long Term Disability Plan (LTD), paid 100% by the company. If your non-occupational illness or injury prevents you from working for more than 90 days, LTD provides income replacement of 60% of your monthly earnings, with a maximum of $6,000 a month or $72,000 a year. If approved, benefits are paid monthly.
Experian IdentityWorks
As a benefit to our employees, we offer you free identity theft protection.
Experian IdentityWorks allows you to enroll at any time at no cost to you. Once you enroll in IdentityWorks, you will have access to:
- Experian credit report at signup: See what information is associated with your credit file.
- Credit Monitoring: Actively monitors your Experian credit file for indicators of identity theft.
- Internet Surveillance: Technology searches the web, chat rooms & bulletin boards 24/7 to identify trading or selling of your personal information on the Dark Web.
- Identity Restoration: Identity Restoration Specialists are immediately available to help you address credit and non-credit -related identity theft. Call 1-877-890-9332 when needed! When using the identity restoration services please reference engagement # B017692.
- Up to $1 Million Identity Theft Insurance: Provides coverage for certain costs and unauthorized electronic fund transfers.
- Lost Wallet: Assistance with canceling/replacing lost or stolen credit, debit, and medical cards.
- Child Monitoring: For up to 10 children up to 18 years old, Internet Surveillance and monitoring to determine whether enrolled minors in your household have an Experian credit file are available.
- Also included are Identity Restoration and up to $1M Identity Theft Insurance.

Basic Life and AD&D
Every full-time employee receives a $20,000 basic term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance policy, paid 100% by the company. AD&D means that if you were tragically killed in an accident, the value of the life insurance policy would double. Dismemberment refers to loss of a limb, if that were to happen the insurance company would pay out specific dollars for that loss. The pay-out amount is based on the severity of the injury.
