You have three medical options available to you.
Providing team members a choice in which plans works best for their physical and financial health is important to us. We understand that each plan has its own risks and rewards, and we encourage you to use the information below and elsewhere in the Virtual Benefits Fair to choose an option that best suits your needs. Cost Calculator
The cost calculator is designed to illustrate out-of-pocket spend for plan participants based on R.D. Offutt Companies plan design and employee payroll contributions. On the Coverage Tier Worksheets, use the tab which corresponds to your coverage level tier (Single, Family, etc.) and input your estimated medical expense in the yellow tab for yourself and your dependents.

Premium Cost Comparison
The following chart highlights the monthly premium costs for all four plan options. The premiums will be taken out of your paycheck bi-weekly (benefit premiums will not come out of the 3rd paycheck in a month).
