Sitel Group benefits package eligibility is broadly broken into two benefits eligibility groups, called Group A and Group B. The two groups are referenced throughout the Benefits Fair & in the 2023 Benefit Guide. For a clear understanding of your benefits choices, please determine which group matches your current position.
Group A
Salaried Exempt Associates - "I don't clock in/out. I get the same rate of pay each pay period."
Hourly Non-Agents - "I clock in/out. However, I am not a call center agent."
Hourly Licensed Agents - "I have an insurance license and work on a licensed campaign."
Group B
Hourly Non-Licensed Agents - "I don't have an insurance license and work on campaigns that don't require me to have a license."
