When can I enroll?
This year’s Annual Enrollment runs from November 7 to November 25, 2022. The coverage you choose during this time will go into effect January 1, 2023.
What happens if you don't enroll?
If you do not actively enroll, you won’t have any coverage starting on January 1, 2023.
You must log into sitelgroupbenefits.com and select benefits for 2023, even if they are the same ones in which you are currently enrolled.
Annual Enrollment is also a great time to review and update your beneficiary information. Even if you decide not to elect benefits for 2023, you should name beneficiary(ies) for your company-paid Basic Life and AD&D coverage.
Making mid-year changes
You are allowed to make changes outside of Annual Enrollment for certain qualifying life events (qualifying life events). Qualifying life events include things such as marriage, divorce, the birth or adoption of a child, loss of other coverage, etc. Please note that you have 31 days from the date of your qualifying life event to make changes to your coverage. If you fail to meet this deadline, you will have to wait until the next Annual Enrollment or qualifying life event to make changes.
How to enroll
First time here?
Visit sitelgroupbenefits.com
• Click 'Register.' Company Key is 'sitel' (case sensitive).
• Choose a username and password.
• Then answer the security questions.
Click Start Here at the top of the home page of sitelgroupbenefits.com.
Click Select on the plan(s) you would like to choose. Track your choices along the top of the page, which updates your total cost as you elect benefits.
Review your benefits and click Approve at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Confirm your choice(s) by clicking I Agree on the confirmation screen. Be sure to review your elections and costs before continuing.
Print your election information and confirmation number for your records. You can also access it anytime from the My Profile drop-down located in the upper right corner of the home page.
