Top things to know about your benefits
Diamond Provider Network
We’re excited to share an important update regarding your medical benefits. The Anthem PPO medical plan includes access to the Diamond Provider network. This expansion offers access to more top-tier healthcare providers and facilities. Starting January 1, 2026, the PPO plan will offer reduced co-pays when you choose an Anthem Diamond Provider. WINFertility and Benefit Enhancements
In partnership with Anthem, we provide a program called WINFertility. WINFertility is a concierge support service, providing compassionate guidance through Nurse Care Advocates for assistance in your family building process. Nurses are available before, during, and after treatment; nurses can help you plan in advance including finding providers and maximizing your benefit and can offer support afterwards. TKE's fertility lifetime maximum will be $20,000 for combined medical and pharmacy expenses.
New Health Savings Account (HSA) Limits
The IRS has increased the HSA contribution limits for 2026. For those with an "Employee Only" HSA, the new limit will be $4,400, while the limit for "Family" coverage will be $8,750. The HSA plan deductible is increasing per IRS requirement to $1,700 self-only coverage and $3,400 family coverage. To maximize these benefits, review your current contributions, consider adjusting them, and take advantage of tax deductions. Don't forget about employer contributions and the extra catch-up contributions for those aged 55 or older, and feel free to adjust your contributions throughout the year to suit your financial goals.
Important Reminder About FSAs Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) do not roll over from year to year. If you wish to participate, you must actively re-enroll during each annual enrollment period—even if you were enrolled last year.
Wellness Program
We want to inform you that our Wellness Program through Personify Health will be discontinued as of December 31, 2025.
As part of this transition, please note the following:
- The last day of coaching is December 31, 2025
- The last day to redeem earned points is January 30, 2026.
- After January 30, 2026, any unused points will expire and will no longer be available. For questions, please email support@personifyhealth.com.
We encourage all participants to log into their Personify Health accounts to review and redeem any outstanding rewards before the deadline.
